Pure Beach Wear is authorized to use its own registered trademark "Pure Beach Wear" and operates in Colombia under this trade name, including, among other products, fashion lines and luxury accessories.

BY PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE AND THAT YOU ARE NOT MAKING THE PURCHASE WITH INTENT TO RESELL.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Pure Beach Wear and availability of items. In case of unavailability, the amount paid will be refunded.
Pure Beach Wear endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of its products on the website, although there may be minor errors or variations in presentation due to screen resolutions or photographic techniques.
The order will only be accepted for shipping addresses within Colombia, excluding Amazonas, Guainia, Guaviare and the Archipelago of San Andres and Providencia.
You can buy as registered user o guest. The order is confirmed with the "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT" button and is formalized when Pure Beach Wear sends the mail of shipment confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price in effect at the time of order will apply.
The Customer can pay by credit or debit card.
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
Once the order has been confirmed, no changes can be made through the website.

Available options:
Store delivery1-2 business days from confirmation of shipment.
Home delivery1-8 business days from confirmation of shipment.
For remote areas, shipping may take up to 16 business days.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.
Pure Beach Wear accepts free returns of items, except for products designated as final sale (such as swimwear and underwear).
It must be requested on the website within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Channels for returns:
Online (through your account or as a guest).
In person at Pure Beach Wear physical stores in Colombia (except at outlets, airports, or department stores).
The refund will be made using the same payment method.
Pure Beach Wear offers:
1-month warranty for costume jewelry.
3 months for footwear and clothing.
6 months for leather goods.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use.
